All Livestock Producers please stop by the office to sign your COOL Affidavits, or print the form below and return it to the office as soon as possible. SFRL (dba Tri-State Livestock) will continue to operate as we have and require all sellers to sign an Affidavit until the USDA tells us otherwise. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
